Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked to confirm some further details.
We accept most major credit cards and do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, email,mail or over the Internet.
Shipping And Handling
All items despatched on 48 Hour Carrier, signature is required on receipt of goods. Items will not be left without signature i.e. at rear of house / in porch etc.
Items are only dispatched to a Uk Address
Items despatched to Isle of Wight are subject to a Surcharge POA
Additional Charges may apply to some Scottish Post Codes - (AB and IV mostly)
Delivery Schedule (48 Hour Carrier)
In most cases within 24 Hours.(UK Mainland Only) Outside, P.O.A.
Some Plug-in Electrical kits can take up to 5 working days to arrive.
Back Orders
If the items ordered are not in stock, they will automatically be put on back order and you will be advised accordingly

17.5% VAT is included in all prices.

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns
All goods must be returned by the customer in pristine condition.
Carraige out and in will not be refunded.
