Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked to confirm some further details.
We accept most major credit cards and do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped - back orders may be cancelled at any point before delivery, and a full refund due. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, email,mail or over the Internet.
Shipping And Handling
All items despatched on 48 Hour Carrier, in most cases within 24 Hours.(UK Mainland Only) Outside, P.O.A.
A signature is required on receipt of goods. Items will not be left without signature i.e. at rear of house / in porch etc.
Postage is £8 Inc Vat, Items can be pre-ordered for in-store collection for 1p (We will call to confirm your order is ready for collection)
Items are only dispatched to a UK Address via TNT Couriers
Items despatched to Isle of Wight, Isle of Manm, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and Southern Ireland are subject to a Surcharge (£20)
Some Plug-in Electrical kits can take up to 5 working days to arrive.
Back Orders
If the items ordered are not in stock, they will automatically be put on back order and you will be advised accordingly. You will not be charged until the items are despatched. Back orders may be cancelled at any point before delivery, and a full refund due.
Tax Charges
20% VAT is included in all prices.
Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with minimum 12 Month guarantee.
Returns & Cancellations
All goods must be returned by the customer at their own cost in the original packaging. Carriage out will also be refunded, only if all goods despatched are returned.
If you wish to cancel your order you must do so in a durable medium such as an email or in writing - NOT by telephone within 7 days after the working day on which goods have been received.
